Types of runes:
Invisibility rune = makes you invisible only visible by true sight or when it expires, Double damage = DOUBLE your base Damage!, Haste rune = gives you maximum speed for a period of time, Regeneration = regenerates your health and mana till it is full but will get cancelled if damaged.
